What are the Benefits?

All of our teachers are native English-speakers who have lots of experience with language learners. The teacher will take an active role in conversations, helping the students to express their thoughts.
Teacher Moderated
Club mates will be of similar age and language ability, making for a comfortable speaking environment.
Level Appropriate
Topics for Speaking Club are sent to club members two weeks in advance and include a list of active words that the teacher will use during the lesson. Students have time to review the words and think about what they might like to say about each topic.
Be Prepared
Such as: my town, emojis, superheroes, Holidays, New Years resolutions, back to school, world TV & films, earth and the environment, gadgets, social media, video games, fears and superstitions…
Engaging Topics
Students join from around the world. A great way for club mates to learn about different countries and cultures.

Remote
Weekly classes develop routine and increase motivation. Students will look forward to seeing their peers on a weekly basis.

In learning from a native English-speaking teacher, a natural assimilation of vocabulary and grammar occurs. Children get a better understanding of what English sounds like in everyday use, how words are pronounced, and common phrases and expressions.

At Educate Online, your child will:

Increase language proficiency
Improve listening comprehension
Learning to listen is the first step to learning a new language. English is the world’s language, therefore you will hear many different accents depending on where you are in the world. British English sounds very different from American English and someone from Mexico will have a different English accent than someone from Japan. Understanding a variety of accents is a useful skill in business. Communicating with teachers from a variety of native English-speaking countries as well as peers worldwide, will help you to distinguish different forms of speech and accents.
Speak like a native
Many students have a goal of speaking like a native-English speaker, taking on a US, Canadian or UK accent. This is best accomplished by imitating the speech of a native speaker. Teachers will guide students to rebuild their speech and intonation and help correct phonetic inaccuracies.
